General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • Fixed Position (SP Page Builder)

Hello, I am working on some SP Page Builder template and the text addon I use doesn't anywhere have the option to be set to "Fixed Position".
I vaguely remember it should somewhere have this setting but I can't locate it.

Any insight please?
