The new Task Scheduler introduced in JOomla 4.1 could be of help. It seems capable of scheduling automatic publishing/unpublishing of articles/modules on a schedule you can set. See https://docs.joomla.org/Help4.x:Scheduled_Tasks/en. It may be a case of needing to write a new plugin specifically for your need of publishing and publishing to a set schedule if Joomla doesn't include one but I'm sure it's doable.
